To place an order, you do not need to register. However, you will be able to use our site at full if you register for an account.
The checkout procedure will be customized, and shopping will be simpler.
You can manage your personal information, track the delivery of your order, view all of your previous purchases, save your delivery addresses (such as home, work, etc.), and benefit from previews and promotions only available to registered users.
You can select a specific product category from the menu and then narrow down your search results.
You can check your selection after adding the items you want to buy to your shopping cart, change quantities, add a note to your order, and then check out.
Click "CHECKOUT" to continue and follow the suggested path to complete your order.
Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to add items to an existing order.
The online security of your personal information is important to us. So important to us that We have not access to your credit card data at all: We use ShopPay and PayPal as our payment processing partners and We use advanced encryption technology (SSL) to securely transmit your personal information and credit card information to their systems.
After you complete an order, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail. If any of the items you ordered are no longer available, you will receive an email from BREKKA Customer Happiness Team, and your credit card will be charged only for the value of the available items.
We are unable to redirect orders to a different address after they have shipped. Therefore, please provide an address where you can be reached at the time of delivery according to the specified delivery time.
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
If your purchase doesn't fit for any reason (too big, too small, it doesn't fit me, I don't like the color, ...) or you simply changed your mind, you have 15 days to exchange it or return it, obtaining a refund.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
You can only ship to one address per order. If there are items in your order that need to be shipped to multiple locations, you will need to place a separate order for each address.
Yes, we currently ship throughout Europe, Switzerland and the UK. Shipping from Italy, orders placed outside the European Union may include import duties and taxes.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing shipment details and a reference number to track the shipment of your order. If you are a registered user, please log in and check the status of your shipment in the "My Orders" section, otherwise fill out the form to contact us.
Standard delivery time is:
- Shipping to Italy: within 1-2 working days
- Shipping abroad: within 3-5 working days
