HOW CAN I BUY ONLINE?
On www.brekka.it you can discover the Brekka collections in detail by choosing a category from the navigation menu at the top of the site and using the search filter. Once you have found a product that intrigues you, just click on its photo to view its details.
In this space you will be able to discover the technical information on the model and the composition of each product, also finding a description and the price. In the product sheet you will find a series of ad hoc shots, created to best represent all the details of each item. Here you can decide whether to proceed with the purchase
HOW CAN I ADD THE PRODUCT TO MY SHOPPING BAG?
For each product you can select the size - choosing from the available sizes - and add it to the Shopping Bag by clicking on Add to Shopping Bag. Once the product has been inserted in the Shopping Bag, you can choose whether to proceed immediately with the purchase or to continue browsing within www.brekka.it.
Once the product has been added to your Shopping Bag, you can choose the type of payment. From here you can choose whether to proceed immediately with the purchase or continue browsing the site by clicking on Continue.
In the My Account section you can save your data to speed up your next purchases on www.brekka.it: after logging in, the saved information will be immediately available and will allow you to make a simpler and faster purchase.
REGISTRATION TO MY ACCOUNT
Creating your account is simple, fast and free. Just enter your name and e-mail address in the appropriate fields and choose a password. Once the account has been created, you can save your favorite items in the Wish List, register the shipping addresses in the Address Book section and access all the information relating to your purchases in the Orders area. You can change your account data at any time by entering the Personal data section and saving the changes. We remind you that the only data you cannot change is the country from which you registered. The password you have chosen is essential to access My Account: if you lose it, you can recover it by clicking on the link Forgot your password? that you will find on every page of the site that requests your data. By entering the e-mail address with which you registered, after a few minutes you will receive an e-mail with all the information necessary to reset it. Registering with My Account is simple, fast and free: register now.
In the address book section you can save your shipping addresses. You can edit your addresses and choose a default address which will automatically appear in your Shopping Bag. By logging into My Account before concluding your order, you can retrieve the addresses saved in the Address Book directly from the Shopping Bag, and thus make your purchases easier and faster.
Registered users can save their favorite products in the Wish List section. From here it is possible to return to the product sheet of the saved items at any time, or add them directly to the Shopping Bag. Starting from the product sheet, you can add a new item to the Wish List by clicking on Add to Wish List.
On www.brekka.it it is possible to purchase only original Brekka brand products characterized by the high quality standard of the brand. The essential characteristics of the products are detailed in each product sheet. In the Orders section you will find all the orders you have placed as a registered user. Here you can see the details of each order and any returns, as well as track the shipment by checking the Tracking Number.
By subscribing to our newsletter you will be able to discover all the promotions and new arrivals of Brekka in advance. You can subscribe when registering with My Account or at another time by entering your email address in the dedicated section. You can ask to stop sending the newsletter at any time, simply by clicking on the Unsubscribe link found at the bottom of each newsletter.
SEARCH AND SIZE GUIDE
Each Product Sheet shows the size that appears on the product label. You can use Select size to choose the size you are interested in. In the Size Guide you will find the conversion to the sizes of your country.
You will be able to check the details of your order at any time, simply by entering the Order Number that was assigned to you when you made the purchase. If you have just completed your order, wait a few minutes to see all the details of your purchase.
HOW DO I COMPLETE MY ORDER?
To complete the purchase, carefully re-read the data that you find summarized on the Order Confirmation page ‚Äì in particular the shipping address and the credit card number you intend to use for the purchase. As soon as you confirm this information, you will be assigned an Order Number: your order will therefore be final and cannot be changed. After a few minutes, Brekka Srl will send you an email with a summary of all the information: the characteristics of the selected items, the total price, the delivery methods and the conditions for returning any items you have purchased.
PAYMENT WITH CREDIT CARD
For the payment of your orders placed on www.brekka.it you can choose between:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa Electron
When paying by credit card, you will be asked to enter your card details. To further ensure the security of the online transaction, you will need to enter the credit card security code: in American Express cards, the 4-digit security code is located on the front surface above the credit card number
on Visa and Master Card cards, the 3-digit security code can be found in the signature panel on the back of the card. If required by your card, a window will open in which to enter your Secure Code. If the transaction was successful, you will receive order confirmation by e-mail.
When you purchase on www.brekka.it, your payment is managed using an SSL 3 certified data encryption protocol. It is important for us to guarantee the security of online transactions carried out: for this reason, the data relating to your credit/debit card ( serial number, expiration date and security code) will be sent automatically and using a secure protocol to the bank in charge of providing remote payment services, taking care to prevent any abusive or unauthorized access by third parties.
Payment is made directly on our bank's server: Brekka Srl does not have access to credit card details at any time.
At the time of purchase you can decide to request an invoice. The billing data will be those of the shipment. You can choose to enter data for a billing address other than the shipping address only within the same country. The invoice can only be issued after the completion of any additional data such as the Tax Code and/or VAT number. After the invoice has been issued, it will not be possible to make any changes to the data indicated in the same. VAT is already included in the price you see on all pages of the site and in the Shopping Bag. We inform you that the invoice relating to your order sold and shipped by Brekka Srl will be included in the package that you will receive at the shipping address indicated. In the case of returns with a previous invoice request, a credit note will be issued.
HOW DOES THE REFUND WORK?
Refunds will be made with the same payment method used at the time of purchase. After our warehouse has received your return and checked that all the requirements have been met, the refund will be arranged by us within 14 days (in which we will become aware of your exercise of the right of withdrawal) on the credit card or debit used for the order. The time required to view the re-credit depends on the institution that issued the card and/or the manager of the payment instrument you used.
We remind you that orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays or on any other holiday or pre-holiday day will be processed by Brekka Srl starting from the first working day following the order.
For festivities, we remember: January 1st, January 6th, April 25th, May 1st, June 2nd, August 15th, August 16th, November 1st, December 7th, December 8th, December 25th, December 26th. Deliveries will not be available from August 4 to 20.

We do not currently ship to the United States and Canada. Brekka Srl is currently open in Europe and we are able to deliver to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark (excluding Faroe Islands), Estonia, Finland (excluding Aland Island), France (excluding Overseas Departments, Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Corsica) Principality of Monaco, Germany (excluding the island of Heligoland and the territory of B√ºsingen), Greece (excluding Mount Athos), Hungary, Ireland, Italy (excluding Livigno, Campione d'Italia and the Italian waters of Lake Lugano), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, Romania, Holland, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (excluding the Canary Islands), Sweden. We are unable to make deliveries to Post Office Boxes or Poste Fermo.
You will be asked to specify the country of destination at check out. Countries not included in the list are not reached by our ecommerce service. Any duties and taxes specific to your country must be paid upon delivery.
HOW CAN I FOLLOW THE SHIPPING OF MY ORDER?
Following the completion of the order you will be assigned a TNT tracking number (from Italy) or DHL (from abroad) which will allow you to track the order until delivery. You will find this number indicated both in the Orders area and in the shipping confirmation email. For registered users, the status can also be followed in the My Account area. We remind you that the courier delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours and that he will try to deliver the package for three consecutive working days, each time leaving a notification on which you will find the number to contact him. It is not possible to make appointments for the delivery of the item you have purchased. In the event that the courier fails to deliver the order, the products will be sent back to the Brekka Srl warehouse: please consult the Conditions of Sale section for details.
REFUND AND RETURN
HOW DO RETURNS WORK?
If you purchase the products as a consumer, you can return any product purchased on www.brekka.it within 14 days of the delivery date, using the following procedure:
1. Legal procedure pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005.
This procedure, better described in art. 6.2 of the Conditions of Sale, allows you to:
- Communicate your express intention to exercise the right of withdrawal by means of any written declaration showing your explicit intention to withdraw;
- Send the communication within 14 days of delivery of the products to Brekka Srl, Customer Care E-Commerce, via Lodovico Pogliaghi,1, 20146, Milan ‚Äì Italy or to the email address email@example.com
- Organize the shipment of the products to be returned at your expense, sending them to Brekka Srl ‚Äì Via Lodovico Pogliaghi 1, 20146 Milan ‚Äì Italy. The products must be shipped within 14 days of delivery of the products
- Obtain the refund within 14 days from the date our warehouse has received the products. A sum equal to the amount of the initial delivery costs will be withheld from the refund as the cost of shipping the products to our premises. If the order provided that the initial delivery costs were free, no amount will be withheld from you.
Please keep proof of postage until you receive the confirmation email when we will accept your return.
We can only refund products that have been returned correctly. The purchased product must be returned intact and unused, complete with all its parts, with a tag describing the product. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, Brekka Srl will not be able to issue a refund and the package will be sent back to you.
